PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: November 12, 2025
TT Analytics LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the interface located at blank.trade (the "Platform"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you understand exactly how your data is handled.
By connecting your wallet or using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We prioritize data minimization. Unlike traditional financial apps, we do not collect your legal name, physical address, email address, or phone number unless you voluntarily provide them to us for customer support purposes.
We collect the following types of information:
1.1. Wallet & Cryptographic Data
- Public Wallet Address: When you connect your wallet, we collect your public address to display your balances and transaction history.
- Session Keys & Access Policies: To enable automation features (e.g., "Auto-Swap"), we collect the cryptographic signatures and "Session Policies" you sign. These are strictly used to authorize specific transactions on your behalf.
- On-Chain Activity: We index publicly available transaction data associated with your wallet to provide trading history and performance analytics.
1.2. Technical & Device Data
- Log Data: We automatically collect log information when you access the Platform, including your IP address, browser type, device model, operating system, and timestamps.
- Usage Data: We track interactions with the Platform (e.g., clicks, pages viewed, features used) to optimize performance and debug errors.
- Cookies & Local Storage: We use local storage and session cookies to save your user interface preferences (such as slippage tolerance, theme settings, or RPC endpoints).
We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:
- To Provide Services: To execute "Swaps," "Limit Orders," and other automated transactions via your authorized Session Keys.
- To Maintain Security: To prevent unauthorized access to your Session Keys, detect botnets, and enforce our Restricted Jurisdictions policy (blocking access from the United States, sanctioned countries, and other prohibited regions).
- To Improve Performance: We analyze aggregate latency, error rates, and node response times to optimize our routing algorithms.
- To Comply with Legal Obligations: To respond to valid legal process or to protect the rights and safety of the Company and its users.
3. SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your IP address or wallet address with data brokers or advertisers.
Your data interacts with third parties in the following ways:
- Blockchain Infrastructure: When you execute a trade, your transaction data (including wallet address and signature) is broadcast to public blockchain validators and RPC nodes (e.g., Helius, Jito). This data becomes public and immutable on the blockchain.
- Service Providers: We use trusted third-party service providers for hosting, DDoS protection (e.g., Cloudflare), and data indexing. These providers process your IP address solely to deliver the Service and are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- Law Enforcement: We may disclose technical logs (IP addresses, access times) if compelled by a valid court order, subpoena, or search warrant from a competent jurisdiction.
4. MPC & SESSION KEY SECURITY
4.1. Encryption
All sensitive data, including Session Keys and private key shards (if applicable), is encrypted using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.
4.2. Scope & Expiry
Session Keys are stored on our active signing servers only for the duration of their validity (e.g., 7 days). Once a session expires or is revoked by you, the cryptographic material is permanently deleted from our active systems.
5. DATA RETENTION
- Blockchain Data: Data recorded on the blockchain is permanent and cannot be deleted or altered by us.
- Server Logs: We generally retain technical logs (IP addresses, request logs) for 12 months to assist with security audits and support inquiries. After this period, data is deleted or anonymized.
6. YOUR RIGHTS & CHOICES
- Revocation: You may disconnect your wallet and revoke Session Keys at any time directly through the Platform interface. This immediately invalidates our ability to sign transactions on your behalf.
- Cookies: You can clear your browser's cookies and local storage at any time via your browser settings. This will reset your UI preferences but will not affect your account assets.
- Access & Deletion: Since we do not maintain a database linking real-world identities to wallet addresses, we cannot "delete" your account in the traditional sense. You may cease using the Platform at any time.
7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
The Platform is operated by TT Analytics LLC. If you access the Platform from the European Economic Area (EEA) or other regions with laws governing data collection, please note that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in jurisdictions that may not offer the same level of data protection as your home country. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy or by displaying a notice on the Platform.
